Essentials Plan

Our service under this plan provides remote monitoring to analyze and optimize your network and servers. This includes checking network security, backups, anti-virus updates and much more. We also ensure that critical system patches are installed and that no issues exist that may lead to downtime. We also include a backup system to protect servers as well as computers and laptops. For email protection, we offer a scanning solution to block viruses and spam from ever reaching your network. Support requests are billed at a discounted hourly rate with no charge on travel time for onsite visits within 25 miles. Additional appointments can be scheduled in advance or as needed. If the matter is not urgent, it will be scheduled for an open time that works with your schedule. Emergencies are scheduled as soon as possible, with remote support a first line of support when available. Targeted at small environments that only require pre-scheduled support during normal 8-5 business hours, this plan covers desktop support only. All server or network related work and work requested during non-business hours will be billed at the Essential Care hourly rate.
